It is best to choose a plot with even and smooth edges, avoiding irregular or cut corners, which can disrupt the flow of energy. Plots near temples, cemeteries, or hospitals should be avoided due to the negative energy associated with such places. The northeast corner (Ishan) should be kept clean and open to attract divine blessings, while heavy construction should be avoided in this area. Following these Vastu principles while selecting and developing a plot can help ensure a harmonious and prosperous living environment.
